What you can ask for

What happens next
- We log your request and acknowledge it by email, usually the same working day.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity — usually by replying from the address we hold. This stops someone else requesting your data.
- We handle it and reply within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
- If we cannot act on part of it, we tell you why and how to escalate.
Some data cannot be deleted immediately: records we must keep under UAE commercial, tax or real-estate regulation, and data needed to establish or defend a legal claim. Where that applies we will say what is held back and for how long.
